Coooking with steam
Steam cooking is a healthy way to prepare food, preserving nutrients and retaining up to 80% more vitamins compared to boiling vegetables in a pot. This cooking method adds steam, ensuring food is not overcooked while maintaining its natural color, juices, and flavor. The preset program controls the steaming process to ensure food is evenly steam-cooked. The FullSteam function also supports sous-vide preparation, allowing you to create tender and flavorful dishes. Additionally, the oven features SteamAssist Pro mode, enabling you to bake bread, cakes, and more with added steam, adjustable to three levels: 15%, 25%, or 35%.
